1. Boot into recovery wipe everything except memory card.
2. Flash the rom.
3. After completion wipe dalvik and cache.
4. Reboot the rom.

2. Flash the rom.
3. Flash porting script
4. After completion wipe dalvik and cache.
5. Reboot the rom.
1st boot takes max of 15 mins.
